If a verified manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days after installation, we don’t complicate the process. Eligible cases will receive a 1-to-1 unit replacement, ensuring you’re not left troubleshooting a brand-new product or waiting through prolonged assessments.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between limited warranty and PuroCare+ coverage?

All Puro water filters come with two years of coverage through the limited warranty. PuroCare+ Extended Warranty extend that manufacturing coverage and covered you when messy moments happen.

Does PuroCare+ cover accessories (i.e. replacement filter)?

When you protect your Puro water filter with PuroCare+, you will get covered for manufacturing defects on the device only. The warranty shall not include the coverage for replacement filter.

How can I get my device repaired?

Please do not hesitate to contact Puro (via Whatsapp, email or social media). We take each case seriously, and make sure you get the right solution.

How fast can I get my device repaired?

We understand the frustration of not having clean water to drink. And with that, we strive to provide you solutions within 3-5 working days.

How do I buy PuroCare+?

You can get PuroCare+ Extended Warranty when buying a new product with Puro (via official website, Shopee or Lazada). If you fail to make up your mind when bringing your Puro home, you can have the second chance — within 30 days after a new Puro purchase, you are still eligible to get PuroCore+ for extra peace of mind.
